AUST, CLARENCE E
Pfc. Clarence E. Aust, of 1457 W. 52nd Street Died of Lobar Pneumonia July 6, 1918. He enlisted in the Reserve Corps Cleveland, Ohio, May 23, 1917. Born in Cleveland, Ohio, he was 22 years old at the time of his death. Pfc. Aust served with 6th Regiment Engineers of the Enlisted Reserve Corps May 25, 1917; Co D 16th Engineers to July 6, 1918. He was with the American Expeditionary Forces from August 1, 1917 until his death. His mother, Mrs. E. R. Aust, of 1457 W 52nd Street, was notified of his death.
The son of Mr. and Mrs. Edward R. Aust, he died at Camp Hospital No. 28, Nevers, France and is interred at Riverside Cemetery.
